| December 2012 | Kingfisher scores highly in Britain's Most Admired Companies 2012 Kingfisher plc has been ranked the second best retailer (in the 'broadline/home' category) in the 2012 Britain's Most Admired Companies (BMAC) league table, rising one place from its position in this category in 2011. We have also appeared in the top 10 of two out of the nine 'measures of success' that BMAC scores companies on, making us top of our sector for 'quality of management' and 'ability to attract, develop and retain top talent'. Overall Kingfisher was ranked in joint 62nd place with a total score of 61.83 out of 100. |
